Lambs

Every year between October and November, 350 ewes give birth to their lambs. Some of these births are used to renew the livestock, while the vast majority are sold for meat, especially for Christmas.

The lamb, fed exclusively with his mother’s milk, has a tender, fine and tasty meat, which can be eaten roasted or in sauce.
